Shweta is the co-founder of QuadraBrain Transformation Solutions which specializes in “Making Complex Change Simple”. She has helped numerous organizations and leaders achieve 100% Change Success rates for business transformation by leveraging her research (published) of applied neuroscience and the psychology of transformation.
Shweta serves as Director-At-Large and Vice-Chair on the ICF Global Enterprise Board providing strategic leadership to the ICF Global team & six family organizations. Shweta’s experience includes a senior Change Leadership role in IBM and as CEO of an Indian business group. An avid learner, she holds world-class credentials, qualifications and proven expertise in Organization Change, Leadership Coaching and Business Psychology. Shweta is also author of columns & articles for leading business dailies such as HT Mint, Financial Express etc.
