A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Malcolm deeply understands the coaching profession, supporting ICF members and volunteer leaders with strategic guidance and leadership resources. He supports ICF members and volunteer leaders through strategic guidance and leadership resources, fostering high-impact coaching cultures.
A South African native, he holds a Bachelor in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching from the SA College of Applied Psychology. Malcolm authored a chapter in the book “The World of Coaching: An African Experience,” titled “Transforming Africa Through Coaching.” Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities and keeps fit through running.
